Labour law
The lawyers at our Labour Law department specialise in every aspect of labour law. They provide advice on the conclusion, implementation, modification and termination of labour agreements, collective bargaining agreements and redundancy programmes, the implementation of pension agreements and disputes with the Employee Insurance Agency, for instance about wage sanctions. Our lawyers mainly represent large and medium sized enterprises in the corporate and non-profit sectors. They also represent executive board members, works councils and private individuals.
The lawyers at our Labour Law department also give lectures and training courses, either at our offices or in-company. Subjects include building staff dossiers, labour disputes, changes to the rules on dismissal, flexible employment relationships or the “new style of working”.
Labour Affairs Network
Our Labour Law department is also the driving force behind the Labour Affaires Network, a unique concept for HRM professionals. For more information contact Misha Rossman or Burn Welt.
