The lawyers at our Liability, Insurance & Loss department specialise in liability law, insurance law, bodily injury and traffic law. Amongst other areas, they provide advice and litigation services in the event of traffic accidents, industrial accidents, malpractice, disputes over compensation for fire and burglary losses, disability and pensions. They also offer specialised knowledge on the position of insurance intermediaries and their obligations under the Financial Supervision Act.
