Fees
Our attorneys-at-law each have an hourly fee rate that depends on the number of years of experience of the attorney-at-law concerned.
Your attorney-at-law will make agreements with you for each case regarding the work for which you will be charged. In many cases the agreements will mean that the attorney-at-law will bill time expended in accordance with their hourly rate. In appropriate cases we are willing to make alternative agreements, such as a fixed price.
Unlike other firms, we have no separate charge for office expenses. The costs of third parties, such as bailiffs and experts, are not included in the hourly rate. The same applies to court fees, which the court will levy in civil or administrative law proceedings.
The head of a section is able to advise you which attorney-at-law would be most suitable for your case, and to inform you of the applicable hourly rate.
