Misha Rossman

Misha Rossman specialises in Dutch Labour Law. She has practised law since 1994 and became a partner in 2005. Sacha works primarily for employers, providing advisory and litigation services in the following areas: individual and collective dismissal, absenteeism due to illness, drawing up and modifying terms and conditions of employment, Collective Labour Agreement issues, and privacy matters.

Sacha is an accomplished professional with a proven track record. Her extensive experience enables her to evaluate opportunities and risks. Sacha is an enthusiastic and passionate lawyer with a winner’s mentality.

Sacha also lectures on topical subjects  and gives courses on, for example, file management, and dismissal.

Sacha is also an active member of the Employment Issues Network, a Bosselaar & Strengers initiative for HR professionals.
