Berdieke van den Hoek has been with Bosselaar & Strengers since 2003 and specialises in labour law. She provides consultancy and litigation services on all aspects of labour law to both Dutch and international employers. This includes (collective) redundancies, flexible employment relationships, problems related to sick employees and staff transfer in the event of change in corporate ownership.
