Burn Welt has been a lawyer since 1996 and a partner at Bosselaar & Strengers since 2008. He provides consultancy services to companies and organisations and assists them on labour law issues and conflicts, such as reorganisations, collective and individual redundancy, and employment condition amendments and harmonisation. Although Bart mainly represents employers, he also assists individual employees. He has extensive experience in the healthcare sector (both cure and care) and is aware of the latest developments and challenges facing care institutions and businesses in the healthcare sector.

Bart likes to clear up unresolved issues and discuss all the various possibilities and impossibilities of each case in advance. Where possible, he will present his clients a number of potential solutions. Bart´s ability to think ahead makes him an excellent strategist and negotiator. He always maintains an open and direct relationship with his clients and likes to inject a little humour in the proceedings from time to time.

He is also active in the Labour Affairs Network, an initiative by Bosselaar & Strengers Advocaten aimed at HR professionals.
