Monienke Wensink-Vergunst

Monienke Wensink-Vergunst has been with Bosselaar & Strengers since 2006. Having started out at our Company Law department, she joined the Liability, Insurance & Loss department in 2009. She mainly provides consultancy and litigation services to insurers and major companies. She also provides legal assistance to non-profit organisations, in areas such as privacy law.

Monieke has the ability to remain calm under stressful circumstances and actively anticipates her clients’ needs. She thoroughly prepares for each case by studying all the relevant details and learning all she can about her client’s company. This allows her to provide her clients with optimal advice and clearly and convincingly argue their position in court. Monienke was the winner of the 2009 Moot Court Competition of the Utrecht Bar Association.
