Robert de Vries
Robert de Vries has been practicing law since 2008 and joined Bosselaar & Strengers in 2012. Robert advises clients and litigates on their behalf in civil and administrative law-related disputes with the government in matters concerning construction, property development and spatial planning. He works primarily for contractors, property developers and owner-occupier associations, and also represents private individuals with substantial positions in real estate, farmers, landowners and country estate owners.
An astute lawyer, Robert is able to quickly grasp the essentials of a case. He presents his standpoints clearly and convincingly and is able to move swiftly in court proceedings so as to immediately deflate the opposing party’s arguments. Robert is also creative when it comes to finding solutions and putting forward arguments. This helps him turn cases that do not look very promising at the outset to his clients’ advantage.
