Joost Jacobs

Joost Jacobs has been a lawyer since 1994. He became a partner with a specialised law firm in 1996 and joined the Bosselaar & Strengers partnership in 2008. Joost has extensive litigation experience and is a renowned specialist on rent adjustment issues pertaining to Section 290, Book 7 of the Dutch Civil Code on business premises (retail space). He mainly provides consultancy and litigation services to project developers, real estate investors, retail chains and businesses in the automotive sector.
