Corporate Social Responsibility

The principle of corporate social responsibility is deeply embedded in the organizational culture of Bosselaar & Strengers. We are eager to help build a better world. Amongst other measures, we contribute by taking energy conservation measures, buying environmentally-friendly and sustainable goods and ensuring that all our printing is carried out in a sustainable and environmentally-friendly manner. Our lawyers also regularly volunteer for pro bono work.

Offering our legal services 

As a law firm, we can make a difference, and offer the greatest added value, by providing legal services. For example, we offer our services to non-profit organizations that often lack the financial means for legal assistance.To this end, Bosselaar & Strengers has entered into collaboration with the Association of Dutch Volunteer Organizations (NOV). NOV is the leading volunteer organization in the Netherlands, representing some 350 (umbrella) organizations  working with or for volunteers. We provide legal aid at greatly reduced rates to the NOV and all its affiliated organizations in the province of Utrecht. As of October 2010, we are also a “Friend” of Stichting Het Utrechts Landschap (Utrecht Countryside Association).

 

We also provide legal aid at highly reduced rates to those in need, e.g. people without sufficient means to pay for legal aid and who are not eligible for government-subsidised assistance.

Bosselaar & Strengers Advocaten also supports a number of local projects and associations by providing sponsorship funding.
