Rebecca Moon

Rebecca Moon was sworn in as a lawyer in 1992 in Rotterdam and joined Bosselaar & Strengers Advocaten on 1 October 2016 as a salaried partner in the Labour Law Department.

Barbara advises and litigates for employers in particular but she also assists and represents individuals in employment law disputes. In that respect the focus lies on individual dismissal law.
Barbara believes that a personal approach, dedication and commitment to her clients and their business operations contributes to providing the best possible service and achieving the best result. In order to avoid possible legal proceedings and ensure the correct strategy is followed in executing dismissal processes, she is proactive in her advice in the preliminary stage. Her approach is pragmatic, down-to-earth and result-oriented with an eye for detail.

In addition, Barbara teaches individual dismissal law to lawyers and she is a teacher affiliated to the Academie voor de Rechtspraktijk (Dutch Law Academy). She also regularly participates in interviews and webinars covering current issues in her area of law.
